Information is stored ready for access at any time from any computer linked to the internet. Details of employees, contractors and visitors are stored along with all the relevant information.
Templates are provided to allow ease of use at the workplace. Simply download these and use as required. Alternatively up load your own documents into the program which are then filed for reference.
