You can assign risk factors to all hazards based on likelihood and degree of exposure and the possible consequences which could result. A risk score for each hazard is calculated allowing you to address the areas of greatest risk first. Automated reminders are generated to help you manage core functions and actions effectively.

The ability to create additional reminders empowers the Co-ordinator to schedule any supplementary action, assign tasks and to ensure company health and safety objectives are achieved.

 

Full reporting functionality

Identify problem areas quickly via the report function for equipment, hazards, incidents, people, PPE, testing, training….

Use this reporting function to manage and compare the health and safety of employees across multiple branches or in various geographic locations with ease. Use the data to identify trends or areas requiring urgent action. Reports can also be scheduled to run on a regular basis. Report data is available in a

variety of formats eg Web (HTML), MS Word, MS Excel.

 

Documents

A record of all documents stored for your company on OSH On Line eg. committee minutes, procedures, MSDS’s etc is easily accessed in a simple report. Simply click on the report you require and the details are provided.
